Canlis is a family-owned fine dining restaurant in Seattle, renowned for its modern design and stunning views of Lake Union and the Cascade mountains. Designed by Roland Terry in 1950 and further developed by Jim Cutler and George Suyama, the venue offers a unique setting filled with natural light. Canlis is celebrated for its exceptional hospitality and has received the 2019 James Beard Design Icon Award.
