Charcoal is a modern American restaurant located in the new Graphite Arts Center in downtown Edmonds. Centered around a custom-built Argentinian-style charcoal-and-wood-fired grill and an open kitchen, it serves dishes inspired by Northwest favorites with seasonal twists. The restaurant is open for dinner seven days a week.
