Church Hill Theatre is one of Scotland’s most important non-professional performance spaces, with a 353-seat auditorium that welcomes amateur companies, students, and up-and-coming performers. Owned and managed by the Culture Edinburgh team at The City of Edinburgh Council, it’s available for hire and ideal for conferences, talks, lectures, music, dance, and drama. Originally designed as Morningside High Church in the late 1800s and converted into a theatre in the 1960s, it is also an established Edinburgh Festival venue.
