Commongrounds Cooperative is an innovative, mixed-use community center in Traverse City, MI, and Northern Michigan’s first real estate cooperative. It brings together mission-driven organizations focused on food, family, arts, and wellness, featuring immersive art exhibits, a world-class music venue, wellness and family-friendly spaces, and Colibri, a European‑inflected wine bar on the banks of the Boardman River. Both the building and its community ownership are open to all.
