Dock & Drink is a seasonal waterfront pop-up restaurant on the first-level boardwalk at Hyatt Regency Lake Washington in Renton. Guests can enjoy casual, family- and pet-friendly lakefront dining with views of Lake Washington, the Seattle skyline, and summer sunsets. Arrive by boat for first-come, first-served moorage, enjoy live music on select days, and gather around firepits with a lakeside s’mores experience.
