Forum & Conference Services at the University of Oklahoma provides comprehensive meeting planning and full-service conference support for University and non-University groups in the Thurman J. White Forum Building. The venue features recently upgraded AV with ceiling-mounted projectors, built-in screens, laptops, and sound systems in every room, plus complimentary Wi‑Fi. Beverage service is available, and the team can arrange catering, marketing, and both online and on-site registration while managing all on-site operations.
