Situated at the center of CityPlace in West Palm Beach, the Harriet Himmel Theater is being thoughtfully modernized to become a vibrant community destination. A $20 million renovation beginning in Spring 2024, led by Elkus Manfredi, preserves the building’s architectural heritage while adding a dramatic atrium, exterior lighting, a new roof and windows, and updated mechanical, electrical, and air conditioning systems.
