One of the tallest surviving sections of Roman masonry in Britain, Jewry Wall is a town-centre bath-house wall standing over 9 metres high and dating to about AD 160. The wall can be viewed for free from the wheelchair-accessible St Nicholas Walk, with further access to the ruins via the adjacent Jewry Wall Museum, which offers toilets and a café. Nearby public parking is available at St Nicholas Circle, and dogs on leads are welcome on St Nicholas Walk.
