Kirkland Downtown Association (KDA) is a community organization that connects and supports local merchants and residents through annual public events in downtown Kirkland. It produces year-round programs such as Winterfest, the Kirkland Downtown Ice Rink, the Kirkland Wednesday Market, and Summer Concerts. The KDA is based at the Kirkland Visitor Center at 400 Urban Plaza, Suite 135.
