Liquid Art Winery is a Manhattan, Kansas estate winery set atop the Flint Hills, one of the highest points in the Midwest. Its estate vineyards are planted on south-facing hillsides with rocky clay and limestone soils, producing premium wines from old-world grape varietals using sustainable viticulture. Initial 10-acre plantings began in 2015, with an additional 10 acres added in 2018.
