About Moffett Mill

Moffett Mill is a rare survivor of the early industrialization of the Blackstone Valley, built in 1812 and later operated by Arnold Moffett Jr. The preserved machine shop remains much as it was when it closed around the turn of the 20th century, offering a time-capsule view of original tools and contents. Access is by shuttle van on select tour dates coordinated through Hearthside House.
