About Paterson Museum
The Paterson Museum, housed in the restored Thomas Rogers Locomotive Erecting Shop at 2 Market Street, showcases the industrial history of Paterson. Organized in 1925, its collections feature local archaeology, mineralogy, silk and textile production, locomotive manufacturing, Colt arms, and the Holland submarines. Located near the Great Falls and Hinchliffe Stadium, the museum offers guided tours for school and community groups by appointment.
