Teatro Boulevard is a historic streamline moderne theater in downtown Oxnard built in 1929 and the city's oldest standing theater. Later converted into a recording studio that hosted artists like Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, Emmylou Harris, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and U2, it is now available for studio rental with a large stage, air conditioning, significant power, a 2,000 sq ft green room, a shower, and ample free parking.
