The Regas Building in downtown Knoxville is a 125-year-old historic landmark operated by the Knoxville Leadership Foundation, offering four flexible meeting spaces totaling over 6,000 square feet. Each room features state-of-the-art technology, with capacities up to 72 classroom-style or 80 banquet-style, and several rooms can be divided for breakout sessions. Natural light and locally made furnishings from reclaimed materials add character for meetings and events.
