About The Royalty Theatre

The Royalty Theatre is a volunteer-run community theatre in Sunderland that has been entertaining the city since 1925. One of the North East’s oldest community theatre groups, it stages a full season of productions and participates in events such as the Durham and Sunderland One-Act Festival.
