About The Tithe Barn
Set within the Duke of Devonshire’s Bolton Abbey estate in the Yorkshire Dales, The Tithe Barn is a beautifully restored 16th‑century, Grade II* listed, exclusive‑use wedding barn overlooking the priory ruins. The main barn hosts civil ceremonies and feasts for up to 200 guests (300 for drinks & dancing), with an open kitchen, indoor BBQs and rotisseries, and a state‑of‑the‑art Funktion‑One sound and lighting system. An outdoor terrace for summer ceremonies, a late‑night license until 1am, and cozy touches like underfloor heating, roaring fires, and fire pits complete the experience.
