About Union Co. Division of Social Services
Union County Department of Human Services (UCDHS) serves residents across Union County with comprehensive social services and support programs aimed at improving quality of life and promoting self-sufficiency. The department assists vulnerable populations with food and housing support, child welfare, employment and training, emergency assistance, healthcare access, and transportation to medical appointments, delivered by a collaborative team of social workers and specialists. UCDHS partners with community-based organizations across all 21 municipalities and serves more than 260,000 individuals.
