The Jewel Golf Course at Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island is an 18-hole course combining the historic Grand nine (built in 1901 and redesigned in 1987) with the Woods nine (designed in 1994), offering views of the Straits of Mackinac, the Mackinac Bridge, and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. It is the only golf course in the United States with horse-drawn carriage rides between nines and is open to both hotel guests and the general public. The property also features The Gem, an 18-hole outdoor miniature golf course.
